Craft Beer Updates (CBU) is committed to protecting your subscriber’s privacy and ensuring their information is protected. CBU provides a global privacy policy unless your organization prefers to define their own policy.

If your organization has their own policy then CBU will provide the following services:

1. CBU will host a web page with your organizations privacy policy
2. CBU will redirect privacy policy requests to your own web page

If your organization does not have a privacy policy then CBU will provide a general policy to protect your subscribers. You may find our policy here.

Viewing your organisations privacy policy

Your customers may ask to view a privacy policy. Regardless of having an organization specific or CBU policy, your subscriber may view the policy by sending an SMS message to your organizations SMS Number with the command ‘privacy’. CBU will respond with the privacy policy for your organization.
